Wool Jerseys...any interest?

Post by Chopperguth on Thu Jul 17, 2008 12:41 pm

Ok..I would like to design a simple "Retro" Wool RACC Jersey ( 70% Australian Merino Wool / 30% Acrylic) for this fall. Pricing will depend on how many are ordered. I estimate them to cost $75 - $90 to include shipping. Please let me know if your interested by sending me a message to my mailbox. I'm thinking of either Red, Black or Green. The lettering will be either Embroidery or Raised Flock.

FYI...Embroidery is sewn on and does a better job on more detailed lettering than flock. Raised flock lettering was popular in the 70s, It has a velvety feel to it and is applied with a heat press that glues it right on the fabric. It holds up wash after wash without a peel or problem but works best in wider letters or logo's. For thick lettering use flock. For narrow detailed lettering use embroidery.

Let me know what you think and if your interested!

Singlespeeding can be an experience that demands more of a person, and so a person finds that extra drive, that extra strength to do something that perhaps he didn’t believe he could accomplish before. Or even relate to. Singlespeeding is quiet. It’s simple. It’s pure. But it’s way more than that -- it’s personal.

Are we actually gonna go through with this one or will this be a repeat of this winters discussion?

Either way I like the red one above and put me down for 1...

There was only a few folks that were interested last year. I now have a company that is willing to do no minimums! This is a go for sure!

Ok guys...This is going better then I thought! I would like to get this pre-order in ASAP. Looks like we will go with RED:) Take a look at the Red "Jonesman" Jersey above and that's what ours will look like.

Ramstein (In the white section/ Black Font)
Cycling Club (In the black section/white Font)

The estimated cost is between $75 and $90. This is actually a pretty good deal for a Merino Wool Jersey!

Here's the sizing info...I'll send you an email asking what size you want right before I call in the order. I will also have the total price at that time and will need to collect payment since I'll be putting this on my credit card:)

Chest Sizing Jersey length back

XS - 30-31" 24"

S - 33-34" 25"

M - 36-37" 27.5"

L - 39-40" 28"

XL - 42-43" 28.5"

XXL - 45-46" 29.5"

I am interested in one but I do not think I will be here when they come in. If there is anyway I could find out the price and leave the money with someone and have them ship it to me in Ohio, I will be more than willing to purchase one.

I'll take 2 Mediums, different colors if possible. If not, I like the red. I can PayPal to Merle and he can take care of things. Just let me know how much.

Thanks for doing this order!
