The race was absolutely everything it's cracked up to be...600KM of racing with 65K feet climbing/descending, highly variable weather (IE 95F to 40F in less than 2 hours!), hours upon hours of mtb riding through some of the most scenic land in the world! I highly recommend this to anyone with the commitment to TRAIN for ~6 months and race what is arguably the hardest mtb race in the world ...
